Family Camp – Phil, Rachel and Annika Visit

Phil, Rachel and Annika were able to come up on the first Sunday of Family camp. They arrived after Phil had preached in Buffalo and visited at his cousin Matthew’s for lunch. We hung out on the bank with family, ate supper and Phil and I went to the evening service while Rachel put Annika to bed.

The next morning Phil was up early and went kayaking with his Uncle Vern down to the marina and up the creek. They were gone for about an hour and a half and had a nice calm lake. We went down to the Lighthouse café where you can enjoy something to drink and a pastry. Annika enjoyed munching on Mommy’s chocolate donut. We toured the camp to show Rachel around for the first time and for Phillip to see some of the changes since his last visit.  We had a nice lunch before they left.
